CLARK RSE16 – Electric Stacker with Ride-On Platform | 1600 kg

The CLARK RSE16 is an electric stacker with a ride-on platform, designed for comfortable and efficient operation over medium and long distances. The machine combines a high lift capacity, stable driving performance, and a user-friendly design—making it suitable for both intensive warehousing and transporting loads in confined work environments.

Riding platform and easy access

The large, non-slip standing platform ensures a secure footing even while the vehicle is in motion. Side guards with a soft surface provide additional support when turning corners—and their special advantage is that the operator can adjust them directly from the platform without having to step off the machine.

Precision Hydraulics

The proportional hydraulic system enables precise lifting and lowering and supports accurate load positioning even at high shelf levels. Turtle mode supports controlled maneuvering in tight spaces, including when operating on foot with the platform folded up.

Mast and Lifting Heights

Standard masts cover lifting heights of 2500–3500 mm and come standard with a free-lift feature, which allows the load to be lifted without changing the machine’s overall height — an advantage in areas with low clearance, such as low doors, gates, and other narrow passages. The triple-mast version offers lift heights ranging from 4,500 to 5,600 mm; it also features free lift and supports flexible operation with taller racking systems in warehouses. Fork length is selectable within the range of 1,070–1,600 mm for various application profiles.

Safety

Additional safety features include an electromagnetic parking brake, automatic braking when the drive control is released, an emergency stop switch on the handle, and automatic lift shutdown at maximum lift height. The water- and dust-resistant drive motor and brake unit ensure reliable operation in demanding industrial applications.

Multifunctional color display and optional accessories

The standard color display clearly shows the machine’s status, battery charge level, and number of operating hours. An A4 document holder, a scanner holder, and a stretch film roll holder are available as optional accessories.

Lithium-ion battery — two capacity options

The RSE16 is available with two battery options: 24 V / 230 Ah or 24 V / 300 Ah, both of which come with an external charger (24 V / 100 A). Lithium-ion batteries are maintenance-free, require no ventilation zones or water refills, and can be charged at any time without shortening their service life — ensuring high availability even in multi-shift operation.
