CLARK WSE16i – Electric Walkie Stacker with Initial Lift | 1600 kg

The CLARK WSE16i is a robust electric stacker with Initial lift capability designed for demanding industrial applications. It supports fast work cycles and precise control, and offers lift heights ranging from 2,500 to 5,600 mm — making it suitable for a variety of tasks in warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics.

A unique feature of the WSE16: Initial lift

The WSE16i is equipped with a Initial-lift mechanism, which increases the ground clearance on ramps and uneven surfaces and allows two pallets to be transported at the same time. This clearly distinguishes the WSE16i from the standard WSE16 model, which is designed for classic loading and unloading tasks without a pre-lift.

Mast and Lifting Heights

Standard masts cover lifting heights of 2500–3500 mm and come standard with a free-lift feature that allows the load to be lifted without changing the machine’s overall height — a clear advantage in spaces with low headroom, near doors, gates, and other obstructions. For applications requiring greater reach, a triple-mast model is available with lift heights of 4,500–5,600 mm, which also feature free lift and support flexible handling with taller racking systems in warehouses. Fork length is selectable within a range of 1070–1600 mm, allowing the machine to be adapted to various pallet sizes.

Safety and Management

AC drive control with regenerative braking ensures a smooth and controlled ride. The machine’s rounded contours help reduce potential impact points, the four-wheel design ensures high stability, and the left-leaning handle promotes a safe distance between the operator and the machine frame. Additional safety features include an electromagnetic parking brake, automatic lift shut-off at maximum lift height, an emergency stop switch on the handle, and overload protection via an integrated pressure regulator.

User-friendly handle and accessories

Optional accessories include PIN code activation for access control, an A4 document holder, a scanner holder, a blue warning light (Blue Light), and a load-bearing backrest.

Lithium-ion battery — uninterrupted readiness

The WSE16i is equipped with a lithium-ion battery (24 V / 230 Ah) that is maintenance-free and can be recharged at any time without shortening its service life. A 150 Ah battery is also available as an option for lighter-duty applications. Both can be charged from any standard 230 V outlet, ensuring high availability even during multi-shift operations.
